We just love the Maasai giraffes who call Rimpa Estates home. They are so majestic and peaceful. Our population fluctuates as they are free to come and go along with the rest of the wildlife population. We have witnessed a couple of adult males who annually visit the farm in order to mate and then move on again.
We are almost always able to spot them on our game drives, but it is surprising how they are sometimes able to hide among the shorter whistling thorn bushes. We are proud to provide a safe home for these vulnerable animals, and hope you get the opportunity to visit us and go on a hike or game drive to witness them living in the wild.
